If for any reason whatsoever your items do not arrive within 1-2 weeks from the purchase date, please go to Contact Us page and leave us a message.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the items to arrive and on rare occasions it might take up to 3-5 weeks due to high order volume. 

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time, please go to Contact Us page and leave us a message for a full refund of your purchase.

Do you deliver internationally?

NotedClass ships products worldwide everyday. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.

I’ve placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they will get to you! 

I’ve put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, please go to Contact Us page and leave us a message as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can’t guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we will try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information is only available to PayPal in order to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
